The ideal candidate will be an outgoing and motivated professional with 5-7 years of experience. The open position requires a strong organizational skillset to assist with, and manage, small office design groups on a wide range of interior architectural projects in both Chicago and in cities outside the state. The applicant should be comfortable leading presentations and participating in business development/project interviews. Licensed professional preferred, AutoCAD skills essential, Revit experience appreciated.
FGP Atelier seeks an Architect/Project Designer
Architects with 5-10 years of professional architectural experience are invited to submit their CV and portfolio. The successful applicant will work independently on architectural design projects and often coordinates project design efforts. They will develop planning and creative-design concepts for projects. They will prepare presentation and design drawings and details. May supervise a small staff of architects and technicians.

The ideal candidate should have experience with residential design. Experience with detailing (interiors/exteriors), construction documents, and construction administration is a plus. All candidates will be accountable for the design and technical quality of each project while being able to adhere to established schedules & budgets.
