What we need is another Robert Moses?
Too much of the wrong kind of infrastructure has lead us to nowhere…now there is too much to fix which will lead to another 50 years of mindless spending on the wrong things. Viva the civil engineers.
I think we have enough Infrastructure already. Fix whats existing, spend more on making the communities that this infrastructure serves stronger socio-economically by investing in sustainable community based industry. Then lets talk about increasing infrastructure.
Big caveat : Please spend more on public transit.
