I was in Santa Monica yesterday driving home and there was an amazing parking structure on Broadway near 3rd street. The Facade was broken up shading panels and at the street level it was designed to accommodate newspaper and magazine vendors, worked really well. Also, near LAX on the 105 freeway and PCH Boewing developed a parking structure that has offices the the top level with ocean, LAX and Santa Monica Mountains views!!. After I seen these designs I will always keep in mind if a parking structure design comes along.
