Unfortunately the latest cock-up of the Tory government is to propose a new round of 'right to buy' policy of affordable housing. This time they want to include the housing stock of housing associations. And then they have the audacity to rebrand themselves as conservative for the working man.
Can anyone tell me how such policies are supposed to add affordable stock in an already overheated real estate market?
