I'd say this list should include Brasilia and Chandigarh but I always love that FLW drawing with the teenie-tiny helicopters. No Allison and Peter Smithson (team 10)?
Orhan, you might have better access to this book than most since you teach at a university, but if ever you want to waste an afternoon, seek out "Civilia" by De Wolfe & Browne (Arch Press London 1971). It's most likely under lock and key in the rare book section. It's just full of good utopian urban collages such as this:
Thanks for the reference. I located it in UCLA Arts Research Library they have one copy and not checked out. Had I known.., I was there last week.
I found a copy at an old book store while in grad school... and snapped it up immediately.

I've always loved mid-century informational films, but this article reminded me of one of my favorites. The idealism is gushing from the words and plans of Walt Disney just weeks before he died. Maybe not the greatest plan ever devised, but still better, in my opinion, than the divisive suburban sprawl we see as normal today. Pretty cool time capsule if nothing else.
