well, that's a lot of money for something that's really just a decorative viewing platform.
even admitting it would be a fascinating space i can't see how building something like this is justified. i'm not sure i'd ever bother to make the trip to taichung just to see something like that. would any of you?
the competition entry also included what i would consider the most egregious example of a greenwashing diagram i've seen on professional work:
