Following a global competition and search I was awarded the mandate to conceive, design and develop a radical new design for Canadian Airlines Ticket offices.

The crux of this concept literally revolved around a 'kiosk in the round'. All agents were seated within the circular form - a massive desk unit of beautiful mahogany. Clients sat on he periphery of the circular form and interacted with agent personnel.

This was the first, and only, installation using this form factor for Canadian Airlines was subsequently purchased by American Airlines.
