சென்னை கிழக்கு கடற்கரை சாலை, உத்தன்டியில் கடற்கரைக்கு மிக அருகாமையில், அலைகளின் பிரதிபலிப்பாய் அமைந்த ஓர் கனவு கலை சிற்பம்.

வீட்டின் விருந்தினரை வரவேற்க்கும் விதமாக இயற்கை கற்களால் உருவாக்கபட்ட திண்ணைகள் நந்தவனத்திற்கு நடுவில் சிறப்பு அளிக்கிறது.

மையப்பகுதியில் அமைந்துள்ள மிதக்கும் படிக்கட்டுகள் மூலம் செடிகள் நிறைந்த  Private Living-ஐ அடையலாம், மேலும் வெளிப்புறத்தில் இருக்கும் GFRC Parametric waves  கடல் அலைகளின் பிம்பங்கள் போல் வீட்டின் முகப்பை அலங்கரிக்கிறது.

மையப்பகுதியில் கண்ணாடிக் கூரையின் (Glass Sun Roof)  மூலம் சூரிய ஒளி உட்புகுவதால், வீடு வெளிச்சம் நிறைந்து, குடும்பத்தாரின் மனதையும் உடல் ஆரோக்கியத்தையும் மேம்படுத்ததுகிறது.

வீட்டின் படுக்கையறை அமைந்த விதமும் பிள்ளைகளை  கவனித்து கொள்ள  சுலபமாக இருக்கிறது. 

இரண்டாம் தளத்தில் தன் பெற்றோர்களுக்கான படுக்கையறை மற்றும் அலுவலக அறை, (Office Room) கடல் அலையை ரசிக்கும்படி  காட்சி அளிக்கிறது.

மேல் தளத்தில் அமைந்துள்ள நீச்சல் குளம், குடும்பத்தார் தங்கள் அன்பை பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளவும், உடல் ஆரோக்கியத்தை மேம்படுத்தவும் உதவுகிறது.

Facing the beautiful beach on the eastern Coast, located Mr. John Britto’s Dreamhouse for his family. With a subtle language, this beauty reflects the gushing waves through a parametric wall facing the sea. The Design aims at functionally addressing the family of four in a one ground property. Welcoming the guests to their house through a warm and casual, traditional thinnai seating area. Entering into the house, the warm foyer welcomes and directs to a cozy living area defined by sunken level. Dining and Kitchen are the other spaces positioned on the ground floor. These open and spacious spaces overlook a green court which brings in a lot of natural light into the house. The central Floating Stairways guides us to a well-lit sun court through which we enter into a private living area accompanied by a private garden for the family to spend their quality time. The screen wall between this private garden and the road has been parametrically crafted to artistically represent the sea waves. And this screen wall adds uniqueness to this house. The Children's bedrooms on the first floor are planned to be more outward, with a more visual connection to the spaces where the elders reside. Master Bedroom and Office area on the second floor has a serene view facing the ocean, giving a calm and soothing experience to the users. This Dream House near the beach also has a pool on the terrace which adds a happy playfulness to this serene beauty.
