Located in the neighborhood of Vila Magdalena, one of the most trendy districts in the world,driving the new urban lifestyle of Sao Paulo. The project is composed of 3 towers, each with distinct floor areas and geometries, double height spaces, outdoor terraces, auditorium and cafe area. A full co-working complex offering 30,000 sf. ft. of office, meeting spaces, food-beverage, and lounge areas. The project was designed to serve members of all types and sizes, from start-ups as small as 2 persons to enterprise clients of 50 persons or more. The plans were designed with such flexibility as to allow full open office floors if required.
