Located in the Bass Museum neighborhood, behind the Public Library and Ballet buildings, the project unifies two sites currently separated by a street. In a joint venture with Zaha Hadid Architects, the structure includes approximately 17,000-square-feet of retail areas, a 475 car parking structure, and a public plaza for events including weekend food markets and exterior film projections. The existing street will be closed to vehicular traffic, creating a new pedestrian corridor linking the Complex with the Bass Museum Park. The project is targeted for LEED SILVER certification.
