The tower is crowned by a rooftop club and skygarden planted with trees and sheltered by glass windscreens. 3 Hudson Boulevard will offer convenient access from multiple transportation nodes including the 7 line extension, Port Authority Bus Terminal, heliport, ferries, the West Side Highway and the Lincoln Tunnel.
