For the Los Angeles Stadium project, Stenfors Associates Architects developed a BIM model of all the concrete structural members in the client's scope. The BIM model was used for building systems coordination, fabrication and construction. The firm was an integral part of the large construction team with numerous sub-contractors. The model was updated daily in a cloud-based platform to meet the schedule and to make adjustments for any revisions to the construction documents. The firm also produced the contractor's shop drawings of the foundations, floor slabs, concrete decks and concrete stairs.
