This project was done in Revit. My role was senior designer /project architect working closely with design partner, and also produced the SD and DD documents.
The unique part of this project and was also most difficult part of the project would be the parking lot submerged under the existing hill. The goal was to have the existing landscape uninterrupted and still fit as many parking as possible. Intial concept studies were done by hand sketching. Several parking schemes were compared to find the most efficient layout, which then was input into Revit to finalize. With Revit’s 3D capability, the job was done with relative accuracy and efficiency.

Another interesting structural solution is the long glass infill between the pool structure and the tower was tie back to the tower for better structural stability.
