This 8 unit condo building is located on the Southeast Corridor in Boston. The structure has been organized into three programmatic zones. The Private zone is located on street side, while the Public zone is located in the rear. The "Public zone" has been orientated to focus views out over the corridor. These two zones are divided by the "Servant zone" which acts as a core for the building. In order to bring a sense of life to the street, balconies have been introduced on the second and third levels.
The project will ultimately be judged by it's effect on a changing neighborhood.
