This project for a South End developer was conceptualized as "light that guides one up through the unit."  The stair and light well make this possible.  Accompanying the light well is glass flooring, and frosted that glass walls that allowing light into bedrooms and the master bath.  A pre-existing head-house was converted to all glass, and was the catalyst for the light idea.  Roughly 2,000 square feet, a clean modern esthetic finishes the unit.
