The Dorchester Brewing Company is the first contract brewery in the City of Boston.  The project is located at the gateway to the Dorchester neighborhood, and is an adaptive reuse of an exisitng warehouse.  

Phase-I: The facility includes a 30 barrel brewing system, tasting room, observation deck, and patio.

Phase-II: A new rooftop 'Hopservatoy' addition and deck, with new restaurant space and flexible seating areas.
