This full gut renovation of a south end brownstone is made up of 3 new du-plex units. The garden level unit features a contemporary metal, wood, and glass stair in order to bring light into the lower level. The upper unit utilizes a light-well from the roof that includes a glass floor, and metal/wood stair.
