MCMM cooperates with Sech and ModularSmartSystem to create a novel pre-fabricated system that is specifically adapted to build rapidly, incorporating good Italian design and materials. We’re currently working in Africa developing a 4-storey hotel which will accomodate 40 bedrooms, a restaurant and shops on the ground level. All rooms are equally equipped with shower, bathroom and a balcony overlooking the Ocean. In places where limited access to skilled labor, materials and components, our highly flexible system is the ideal solution.
