The feasibility study and design concept focus on delivering a prefab modular solution to accomodate the company's new headquarters. The building plot is situated along the river Volga in Kazan, Russia. On the ground floor level, a grand entrance hall leads to numerous offices located on the floors above. The managerial suites are situated on the top floor and overlook the river and the city of Kazan. The modular structure allows a rapid and cost-effective, innovative and flexible construction strategy.
