WHAT THE CLIENT SAYS: "The Barn conversion scheme at ‘The Grove’ called for interpretation of a Spanish Architects unconventional designs to be embraced into a conventional set of building drawings whilst retaining the design concept. Margherita’s experience of working in differing cultures architecturally added a real benefit to the scheme with a successful merging of the Spanish Architect’s ideas into a practical and successful residential conversion scheme. The garden to the barn conversion scheme at ‘The Grove’ called for a very low maintenance scheme with a highly unusual geometry to be embraced within many high flint walls (old and new) enveloping the garden. Margherita’s ability to easily produce 3-D and colour textured sketches and illustrations helped the client arrive at a scheme which compliments the internal geometry whilst embracing the old and new features of the site’s characteristics".
