The exercise proposes taking the land located between the “Todos Santos” Church and the “Puente Roto” to create a student and faculty residence integrating communal and public areas, with the aim of contributing to the development of the city and its immediate surroundings.

The project includes a central circulation aiming to connect the “Paseo 3 de Noviembre” street with the “Bajada de Todos Santos”, establishing areas designated as private and others as public. Additionally, a public parking lot is incorporated as part of the program, allowing people to walk from that point to areas of interest in the Historic Center.

Lighting courtyards have been planned in the wing designated for student residences, aiming to take advantage of sunlight. Likewise, the entire program is developed in a staggered manner, creating several spaces with panoramic views.
