“Casa Larga” is a restoration project of a highly valuable heritage home in the Historic Center of Cuenca. A complete intervention is carried out on the property, resulting in the creation of 15 apartments and 2 commercial spaces, along with a communal terrace.

The project is developed respecting the preexisting structures, while new interventions are made to ensure adequate habitability and a contemporary design. During the project execution, I provided support in the production of construction plans and in coordination with various suppliers. Additionally, multiple visualizations of possible changes in the work were carried out, with the aim of facilitating decision-making regarding the design and execution of the project.
