The “manzana verde” is understood as an extension of the city, where the “tapiz urbano” (urban tapestry) is used as a metaphor for a huge collective space that covers the whole intervention area.

“Tapiz urbano”. Is a matrix which is able to organize several collective spaces located at different levels, such as the garden at ground floor, that ascends through the buildings, giving continuity to the project.

The continuity is guaranteed by the different landmarks and uses that take place in the voids of the buildings: the social gaps.
