ARC Building Facade Restoration

The ARC Building is a singularly intact example of early 20th century pressed sheet metal facade cladding, and is part of the East Village/LES Historic District. The main field consists of corrugated galvanized steel, while the edge banding is of ornate pressed tin laurel bunches. The scope here was to provide spot repair and replacement of the main field, and 100% replacement of the border, and conserve what remains.
