The New York City Housing Authority is creating new tax lots within the existing housing projects to allow for the development of new mixed income buildings. The money earned from the market rate units will be allocated towards the renovation of the existing mid-century structures.
I completed zoning studies and unit layout options to present to NYCHA for consideration. Part of my responsibility was to also develop 3D models of each site.
