and designers, providing a hands-on approach from initial concept to the final installation.

We accomplish this through 25 years of experience and through an uncompromising commitment to hiring and retaining

Remote Monday and Friday.

General Statement of Job:

  • We are actively looking for a Senior Lighting Project Designer to lead the entire lifecycle of multiple projects. In this role,
  • you will utilize your skills in design, strong communication, and a mix of independent and collaborative approaches to
  • guarantee successful project execution from start to finish. Immediate opening available.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead projects through different developmental phases.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and project stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Maintain a holistic approach to lighting design, considering both aesthetic and technical aspects.
  • Provide technical support during construction administration, ensuring project success.
  • Oversee the construction phase of lighting projects, ensuring adherence to design intent and specifications.
  • Collaborate with contractors and installation teams to address on-site challenges and modifications.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure proper installation of lighting systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the construction phase.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation, adaptability, and resourcefulness

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience with a focus on comprehensive lighting design process, residential experience preferred.
  • Highly proficient with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, lighting design software, and project management
  • tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience creating POs and proposals
