We are seeking an Interior Designer 5+ years experience to manage the Interior Architecture and Design of various unique projects in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities
Understand the interior design selection process Select and manage materials and fixtures Work closely with design and construction team Create digital and physical mood boards Present design packages to clients and associates Interact and manage architectural office procedures Sketch conceptual layouts by hand Model projects digitally Understand Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and Culver City building and planning codes Understand cost management Be humble and teachable Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years design and construction interior design experience for residential single family projects Interior Design / Interior Architecture degree required. Strong organizational skills Strong sourcing knowledge for materials and FF&E required. Management skills Effective interpersonal skills Team player Working cooperatively Ability to multi-task Excellence in Revit REQUIRED. Bluebeam proficiency ideal Fohlio proficiency ideal Lumion proficiency ideal Strong interest and grasp on lighting design a plus. Work efficiently toward deadlines Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines Salary
