Design oriented, offbeat and organized Studio Manager / Administrative Assistant needed for a small award winning architectural and interior design studio. Job entails administrative assistance with the neurodiverse studio principal, office management and specialized services, depending on experience, ranging from marketing to project management to design research to bookkeeping. Experience in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and QuickBooks essential and Adobe Design and Squarespace a plus. Our studio is immensely busy with architectural and interior residential work as well as institutional and pro bono projects, with many projects in construction with others developing long term. We are located in South Slope Brooklyn and our projects are primarily within close proximity to the studio. Schedule is negotiable, part time to start with full time potential. Work could be hybrid at-studio and remote work-from-home. Salary is dependent on experience and schedule. The right personality is key.
