Eric Sheffield Architect is welcoming a recent architecture school graduate with 0 to 4 years of experience to apply for a full-time, in-person position.

About the position:

• Close collaboration with clients and principal on schematic design and project aesthetics
• Preparing permitting drawing sets in collaboration with zoning consultants
• Preparing construction drawings and schedules for bidding
• Frequent site visits with contractors throughout the city to oversee construction

About you:

• AutoCAD proficient
• Construction document experience preferred
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite
• Versatile in design styles, traditional-modern
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering
• Eager to learn; self-starter
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Degree in architecture from an accredited school
