Customized the façade, composed 3-D modeling and rendering, and revised floor plans of a 45-unit type V-A high-end condominium (100K Sq. Ft.) in Brentwood, Los Angeles. Building includes a 3-story wood frame structure over 1-story podium and a 2-story concrete parking structure.
