Managed project delivery process, self-handled 3D modeling and renderings, and defended design in the June 5th monthly city planning commission meeting; obtained approval from Beverly Hills Design Review Board for a 24k square feet Tuscan-Villa-style single family dwelling including seven bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, formal dinning room, separate bar room, home theater, gym and spa, and out door pool and porch.
