Conceptual designed, and managed the architectural team through development and construction documents production for a mega mix-use complex in association with Arcom Co. Inc -- a full service architectural and engineering firm. The complex contains two 32-story high-rises over a 5-story shopping mall on top of two subterranean parking levels. The task was to design a contemporary building through extensive coordination with the structural and mechanical engineering teams.
