Coordinated Contract Document production and permitting, and administered construction process of a 26-story type I-A top-line condominium high-rise building in Los Angeles ($90M, with 250K Sq. Ft. area under-construction). Building contains of 151 condo units, below & above grade parking, infinitely pool & amenity deck, and retails.
- Produced REVIT model and details, and drove permitting process in coordination with the consultants, owner, contractor, design architect, and systems’ manufacturers resulted in obtaining all of the required building permits.
- Obtained Engineering Judgments, Modifications, and Approvals for unique conditions in the project during the design and construction process through extensive discussion with Los Angeles Building and Safety & Fire Departments.
- Led the construction administration phase as architect’s representative, reviewed and processed shop drawings & RFIs, oversaw construction process, attended OAC and MEP coordination meetings, resolved critical issues through coordinated between the owner, contractor, and consultants. Illustrated Punch Report, and evaluated CORs.
