G8 apartment building
- Contributed to the project delivery process and the submittal, and self-handled the proposed elevation design and the 3D modeling for a 700-unit mixed-use contemporary apartment building located Downtown Los Angeles for Astani enterprises and continued with the new developer. The project consist of a six-story steel frame type I-B building over one ground level commercial and parking. The building also has four story subterranean concrete parking structure. The total area under construction is roughly one million square feet (ft2) and will cost approximately 165 million dollars. The commercial part includes a 42,000 (ft2) Whole Foods Market.
