A long terrace runs the length of this 1960s apartment, offering an expanse of windows along the living areas. We designed a similarly long lighting cove that wraps the interior wall of the common area; emphasizing the open flow and creating interest at an otherwise low ceiling. Collaborating closely with the owners, we installed sleek modern Poggenpohl shelving, cabinets, and kitchen millwork in the common areas. We also custom fabricated precise gridded wall paneling to hide deep closets in the master suite. An eclectic mix of the owner’s modern and antique furnishings create moments of whimsy and delight.
