Fall 2010/ Columbia University: GSAPP Housing Studio focusing on the master planning of the 75 acre New Jersey DOT rail yards located between Hoboken, NJ and Jersey City, NJ. The scope of the project included 8 million sq. ft. of mix used development with a strong focus on housing. The project included one other GSAPP student, Evan Bauer. Grasshopper Parametric Design tools were used for the development strategy of the project.
