This project was located in a high density area developed for multi-family housing. The idea was to organize the density by an aggregation of independent entities (boxes).
To accomplish this, each apartment was individually designed to utilize an outer extension in the shape of balcony or loggia. Between inside and outside, these different volumes allow the regulation of heat exchange as well as offering a free appropriation for the residents.
By improving the quality of life for the residents, we can help ensure the sustainability of high-density housing.
