Sculpted by weather conditions such as wind directions and solar positions, this green building is organized into two different wings dressed by a wooden skin that adapts to regulate the amount of incoming natural light.

The first wing includes an exhibition room and a children’s section which has a bright and colorful atmosphere. The second wing encompasses the administrative center and the main section which has softer lighting more conducive to work and study.

Thus, a central place was designed as a spatial linking in order to organize meetings and interact in an open space without cultural boundaries.
