Terminal Logistics Center

The 350,000 SF Terminal Logistics Center was designed to meet demands of the international air cargo industry at JFK, the busiest air freight gateway in the US. The multi-level storage and distribution center was one of the first vertical logistics facilities in the country. With access to major roadways and railways, convenient to Queens, Brooklyn, and the greater NYC area, the modern facility accommodates warehouse distribution with truck courts on the first and second floors and an all-weather ramp enabling tractor trailer access to multiple loading docks. The building program includes 202,135 SF of warehouse space, 50,000 SF of storage and parking facilities, and 2,500 SF of office space.

The Terminal Logistics Center is expected to play a key role in alleviating the significant pressure of the supply chain bottleneck with efficient logistics, warehouse distribution, and air support operations.

Winner of the Big Apple Brownfield Award for Economic Development, the Terminal Logistics Center will create 200-400 full-time jobs and generate over $29MM of output growth annually.
