Cogswell

Cogswell is a boutique style seven-story mixed-use, mid-rise building at the corner of Adam Clayton Powell Blvd and 127th Street in Harlem. At 70,000 sq ft, there are 46 residential units ranging from studios to three bedrooms. The building features a sleek corner tower with over-sized windows, brick, and metal panels. The residences have open kitchens with white custom upper cabinetry and cherry wood lower cabinets. High end finishes include Carrera marble with mosaic tiles in the bathroom and 5” Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout. The lobby has a doorman with a package room complete with refrigerated storage. Additional building amenities include club room with outdoor terrace, fitness center, bike storage, and parking space. There is a total of 5,500 square feet of commercial space and 1,000 square feet of community space.
