Vanden High School has had existing facilities modernized and expanded with 28 new classrooms in innovative six-classroom modules. The new classroom buildings support use of the campus with decentralized academies for the arts and technology. New art studios and a new performing arts building housing band room, black box theater, rehearsal rooms, teacher work rooms and instrument storage were also constructed.
