A conversion of the ground floor of the historic James Lick Baths into an office for Gelfand Partners. The building received a major seismic improvement. The office, with a new mezzanine, accommodates up to 29 staff in an open layout. Support facilities include accessible restrooms and shower with water saving fixtures, bike storage and kitchen. All permanent workstations have daylighting from existing skylights and new storefronts created at former garage doors. Heating is radiant hydronic with thermostats accessible to room occupants.
