100 senior affordable apartments in one new 5 story building, and 82 affordable family apartments in a new 4 story building arranged in townhouses and flats. Interior and exterior common recreation and community spaces enhance the community development of the project. This transit oriented project is located adjacent to a planned high speed rail station, yet is nestled into a residential neighborhood of low and moderate density. Sun shading devices, photovoltaic panels, cool roof and high performance systems contribute to the LEED Silver or better goals for construction.
