a job offer but how should I feel about the salary?!?

Distant Unicorn

I just got a job offer with BS&C in New York.

The job offer was to be an Intern Senior Principal Project Partner Manager.

It pays $827,000 a year with full benefits, 8% quarterly bonuses and 20 hours a week of town car use. I do not feel this adequately pays for what my skill set is.

I mean... my portfolio was comprised of 3 very boss SketchUp drawings of unbuilt work, a scribble on a stained cocktail napkin from Eastern Bloc and Subcultural Tectonic Particle Population Dispersion Quantification Flow Chart I made with glitter.

Should I demand more money? I mean I'm unlicensed. I don't see how that is a problem.

Also, I am thinking about going to get my M.Arch. Do you think that is a good investment? I think I need to take out about $350,000 in loans. Which is better... Columbia or Harvard?

Also, I already have a job lined up for the new firm. It is a 35 story skyscraper. Do you think I should do French Chateau or Mission Style? I wanted to use a lot of EIFS but I found this paneling system at Home Depot that I think might work for the job.

I will also need 8 assistant interns. Do you think letting them touch my naked body is payment enough? Or should I offer them lunch. I will try to institute a loan program so they can take out loans in order to work for our firm. But I still think my nudity is payment enough.

Also, how do you feel about the AIA? I hear they are pretty good and fair. I think they do too much for us architects.

Also, can anyone provide me with some free maps, free software, free massings, free furniture, free books? Could you also do a google search for me? Do you know where I can find pictures of townhouses?

Only if the sticking into the magical place involves lube with glitter in it!

If you demand your interns to touch your naked body maybe you should offer them a lunch first.

I have seen three, maybe four threads on architectural discourse that enlightened me in my 4 years of browsing this website.

oh come now, cadcroupier.. what's a four letter word that begins with c and ends with p? Serously, I really think we should develop a linguistic script that reads like .._. .._ _._. _._ 's name. It'll look really cool. either that, or it'll look like detailing that Morphosis might put on their building facades.

As for townhouses, may I recommend these:

I'm not really sure what they are, but I found them by googling "ugly" and "townhouse"

Have a nice day. ;-)
