I am planning to stick a thick piece of paper onto the cover of my portfolio and was wondering what kind of adhesive should be used. It needs to be strong enough such that one shouldn't be able to tear it apart from the cover without ripping the cover along with it. And the adhesive shouldn't leak through the other side of the cover and damage the paper, etc. I'm guessing a gluestick wouldn't be strong enough. What other kinds of glue? Super glue?
URGENT!!! Adhesive

Funny! Did you try spray glue?
Not funny! I'm not an expert on glue so I can't tell if you're joking or not. Any other opinions on spray glue?
Never mind, problem solved!!!

So, what did you use ? Let's all learn something.
If you were worried about about bleed-through, the cover must be fairly thin stock ?
super 90 or use that 3m double sided tape (snot tape as i call it) that has the brown backing on it...
Yeah -- that stuff is intense.
Spray 90 is most effective (like any contact cement) if you spray lightly (?) on both surfaces, masking as necessary. . .
hodge podge??
= The new method where you try a different adhesive on each corner, and see which lets go first. . .?
paper mache'?
I'll give you a clue: it contains sperm.
Just another use for the rat sperm.
not tape
