hi chris--
just three quick comments.

1. text on intro page (the page where you can select to open either portfolio or resume): the first sentence doesn't make sense and the rest seems redundant; i would revise this. i do think you're on the right track, but make sure to open with something that is clearly written and compels the viewer to continue. writing skills are under-valued in architecture education but so very important in the professional world. your prospective employer needs to know that you can clearly communicate in writing, and this first page will (or won't) indicate that to them. don't despair on this point, just revise.

2. don't be afraid of white space. i feel like you have lots of images and no breathing room. especially towards the end you have some really nice photography and parti diagrames -- images that a viewer could appreciate even more if they're not jam-packed with loads of other images. let your work breathe.

3. text size...too big; makes it look like a book for kids (i've gone through this with my own portfolio, starting off with 12 pt, and ending up with 8 and 9 for a printed book).

these are just a few pointers; i'm sure you'll get constructive feedback from other readers. good luck both on the book and finding a job!

how'd that hyphen get there? undervalued not under-valued.

Hey Chris!

You may want to consider adjusting the profile settings in your sketchup renderings (there appear to be a few) from the default 3 to 1. The edges are very heavy in these renderings and using a thinner line might help to clear up the image for a cleaner look!
