hello frnds i am a 2nd sem student looking for more ideas for a farmhouse which has a rustic look with modern features in...i did the plan and everything but but not satisfied..so can anyone help me? it would be better if some body can tell me a complete picture of how still better a farm house can be designed in an area of 4.5 acres land with 300 sq.m as the built up area...keeping in mind the main concept-rustic look + modern features...

This is absurd. What is "rustic"? What are "modern" "touches"? What is a "farmhouse", for that matter? How can your goal be to produce a "rustic farmhouse with modern touches"? It seems to be the wrong way to go about this.

maybe there should be a new category added to the discussions...the "let archinect design my project for me" category.
