I don't have any good riddles, but I can tell one that is thankfully so out-of-date that it doesn't work anymore. This is a riddle that had a huge effect on my early perception of female roles:
A man and his son are in a car crash. They are rushed to the hospital in separate ambulances, and when the son is brought into the emergency room, the doctor says "I can't operate on this child, he's my son."
How is that possible?
The answer, which Archie Bunker couldn't figure out but his wife and daughter could, is that the doctor is a woman. Back in 1972, that actually was a difficult riddle!
