that may be the first appealing use of persimmon i've read...
i don't like persimmons
ever had a good one? persimmon are weird. one of them needs to be soft as mush before it's ripe. another needs to be firm like an apple. either one is disgusting if not PERFECTLY ripe.
clearly - i've never had a perfectly ripe one. perhaps it is something best left to professionals.
