this is one of those projects by suoto de moura that leaves me scratching my head. it doesn't really seem to match the rationality of most of his projects. maybe that's the point...

holz i've often had the same opinion - esp when you look at his monographs - it seems so misplaced. Notwithstanding I hear that seems to be rational when seen in its context

i think we have two buidings running together here - buts okay, gives more ppl a chance to chip in. dia - you know i'm gonna get that one.

the first image i posted is the backside of the Ecker Abu Zahra House , the second is another house by hertl i was just putting out there to show how beastly their firm is.

i got diabase's in like 10 minutes, so he threw out another.

Nice guess, but wrong part of the country for Paronson. He usually does work around the Wellington Area [although not limited to there of course]. This is further north in an iconic part of NZ...

Headquarters ‘Ribera Del Duero’ Wine. competition win by Barozzi Veiga Architects.
they they have some cool competition wins, but as yet nothing built.

I think we should keep this thread on actually built projects. I think there is infinately more unbuilt works floating around than actual constructed ones
